2019 Spring Life Blood (Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon)

Our Spring 2019 Cabernet is an excellent wine to age. It currently has a coffee nose, and the flavor profile is still developing, but when first opened, it has Blackberry and Coffee notes. This wine should be left open for a couple of hours to allow it to mature. Once opened, it has a mix of cherry and blackberry with hints of coffee on the back end. This wine is terrific now, but it will be an outstanding wine in a couple of years. This wine pairs well with an Italian dinner with a red sauce along with beef and lamb.
